Les Mills™ Fitness Systems

MUSIC + WEIGHTLIFTING = BODYPUMP™, the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

IT’S NOT JUST YOGA ANYMORE, IT’S BODYFLOW™, the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Group Fitness

Abs Express: An AB-FAB Workout for your abdominal and lower back to perfectly sculpt you middle body.

Bosu Core: A class based on the Bosu Integrated Balance Training on an apparatus that is a cross between a core board and a stability ball. It’s fun, it’s challenging and it’s a total body workout for any fitness        level!

Flex-Ability: This class is stretching beyond the basics.  Here you will reduce muscle tension, increase range of movement in the joints, enhance muscular coordination, increase circulation of the blood to various parts of the body, and increase energy levels (resulting from increased circulation).

Class times are Monday10:20am-10:50am, Wednesday 7:00pm-7:30pm, Friday 9:30am-10:00am.

Kick-Butt: Is a high energy; high impact blend of kicks and punches set to upbeat music. This class is the perfect combination of martial arts, boxing and cardiovascular training while toning your butt!

Ripped: A  full body strength training classes. Focus is increasing lean muscle mass.

Yoga Fusion: A challenging body/mind adventure incorporating asanas , breathing and mindfulness for a complete yoga experience combined with pilates to sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress  and fatigue.

Interval Training: It’s your workout at your pace. Interval style. Enjoy notable improvements week to week.

Kettlebells Mania: Class uses KettleBells to sculpt  and tone muscles.

Resistance Ride: Rise and Shine and get your body moving with this am sampler that gives a taste of it all with 20 minutes of Ride, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of AB work. You get it all, just like you deserve.

Step-N-Sculpt: Challenge your balance and coordination in this great total body conditioning class utilizing the Step.

S.T.A.R.: Spin, Train, Abs, Run…… Need I say more????

TRX: Build Power, Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Mobility and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. Hang from the durable TRX ropes to push, pull,  lift and lower your body through Spiderman moves for  a total body suspension workout that also super-strengthens your core.

Top Conditioning: It’s the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. A total body workout  that is challenging and feels like you’re  training one-on-one with a private trainer.
