Co-ed Total Fitness Boot Camp
Utilizing the great outdoors, our fitness experts bring you the most progressive, innovative and creative exercises we could find. We will expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, relays, group challenges, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, drill boxes, obstacle courses and more.


Ladies Hard Booty Boot Camp
This boot camp will make you leaner, stronger and tighter than ever! You will learn how to become the master of your environment by using internal and external forces to achieve dynamic results! Hard booty boot camp is geared towards strength. There is little to no running involved. Sign up for HARD BOOTY BOOT CAMP today and infuse yourself with energy and vitality! Beach Body Booot Camp
The Gym of Buckhead can help both guys and gals get ready for summer with a body fit for the beach. We will begin with a comprehensive fitness assessment, including body measurements, body fat and RMR testing – and lead you through 4 weeks of physical and nutritional training. You’ll get three 60 minute sessions per week, a body fat and RMR Test, food journal review, cardio and flexibility recommendations.

Co-ed Lunch-N-A-Crunch Boot Camp

Our newest Bootcamp! Lunch-N-A-Crunch will be held at the gym and consist of outdoor and indoor work. This bootcamp focuses on conditioning and strength training and incorporates interval work including Fartlek and Tabuo formats. Interval training burns fat, increases strength and cardio-vascular levels, tighten and tones muscles and improves your quality of life. Lunch-N-A-Crunch is held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 to 12:55. All participants have access to locker rooms and showers. Gym of Buckhead will order your lunch for you (from participating restaurants) and you can pick it up after your workout!

Boot Camps For All Fitness Levels

Our Camps are for all types of people in all types of physical condition. Activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level. The training you will receive is based on the principles of discipline, motivation and teamwork. This program is about having fun and seeing real results.

Body Fat Assessment
In addition to the workouts, we have included a Body Fat Assessment at the beginning and end of each boot camp cycle to help you track your progress and further motivate you.

The Official Boot Camp Manual
Our Boot Camp handbook provides valuable information concerning: expectations, exercising, diet and nutrition. The handbook also provides daily food logs to keep track of how your doing with food intake throughout the course. PLUS, we even provide suggestions for exercises on your days off.

WHEN DOES IT BEGIN?
Boot Camps begin the first week of every month. Contact us for the specific start dates of each camp.

Total Fitness Co-Ed Boot Camp: 4 weeks - 12, 1 hour sessions
Ladies Hard Booty Boot Camp: 4 weeks - 8, 1 hour sessions
Co-Ed Lunch-n-a-Crunch Boot Camp: 4 weeks - 12, 40 minute sessions
Beach Body Boot Camp: 4 weeks - 12, 1 hour sessions

CORPORATE BOOTCAMP


The corporate Boot Camp program is a great way to build company morale, teamwork, and staff productivity. One important aspect to this program is that it is very adaptable to your staff and we can accommodate any need. Additionally, we are able to come to multiple corporate office locations, wherever they may be.

Here are the details:

What is it? Total fitness Boot Camp is a rigorous exercise program designed to get you in great shape and get you energized! Although the classes are in a group setting, the workouts are very individualized and geared towards your level of conditioning. Anyone can do this program, and everyone sees results.

What are the workouts like?
The workouts are structured to push everyone at their own level, so they are fun and rewarding for the elite workout veteran and for the person who may just be getting off the couch! Your instructor is excellent at what he does and knows how to get you in shape. And because you are out there as a team, and everyone is cheering you on, you have lots of motivation. Every workout is different, so you'll never do the same workout twice while you are in the program. This way your body will never have the chance to plateau!

How often do the classes meet?

We have 3 different packages available
1) 5 times per week (Monday-Friday)
2) 3 times per week
3) We can customize the frequency to your wants and needs.

When do the classes meet?
These times are determined by you and your staff. We suggest a survey among those interested in the program. Majority rules and then we implement the program for that time slot.
Popular times are: Morning hours (6:00 am - 8:00 am)
Lunch hours (11:30 am - 2:00 PM)
Evening hours 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
We can do weekends as well!!

Where do the classes meet?
We come to you! The great thing about this program is convenience. We hold classes outside around your building or a nearby park. It's up to you!
