5 DAYS A WEEK. Dennis also provides one-on-one training for those who want to take their martial arts skills to the next level. NOTE: These classes will not interfere with our normal Group Fitness Schedule.

THE GYM OF BUCKHEAD EXTREME FITNESS BOOT CAMP
A comprehensive fitness program specially designed by us and guaranteed to
help you:
Lose body fat • speed up your metabolism • tone your muscles • Increase
your endurance • improve your balance and coordination • enhance your
sports performance
This is a results-driven conditioning program that runs 3 times weekly for 4
weeks, for 60 minutes. Conducted indoors and out, we have compiled the most
progressive, innovative and creative exercises in fitness we could find. We will
expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, relays, group challenges, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box drills and obstacle courses.
Our camp is for all fitness levels. Activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for you. Training is based on the principles of discipline, motivation and teamwork. In essence, it is about having fun and seeing real results.You will receive a FREE body fat assessment at the beginning and end of the Boot Camp to help track your progress!
