Audrae Hughes: Certified Personal Trainer


Personal Trainer Emily MartinHer experience in behavior change theories, current nutritional studies, experience with fitness instruction and program design- allows her to help clients achieve their health related goals in a progressive and entertaining manner.  Her educational background includes a graduate degree from Ohio State University with the specialization in Health Behavior/Health Promotion.  Her undergraduate degree was in Bio-Medical Anthropology and she is currently pursuing a PHD in Holistic Nutrition.

Her personal training certification is through American Council on Education (ACE) and her CPR/AED/First Aid is through the American Heart Association.  She also holds various certifications in and currently instructs group fitness classes including group weight training, yoga/Pilates tai chi, cycling and kickboxing.  These certifications are through Les Mills (Body Pump, Body Flow, RPM),  Mad Dog Athletics (SPIN), and Turbo Kick.

In her spare time she teaches tap and ballet for On Your Toes Dance Co. & After School Program.
Audrae utilizes various styles of training and her target clientele is anyone interested in improving their health and fitness.

Emily Martin: Certified Personal Trainer


Personal Trainer Emily MartinEmily has over 8 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor and fitness enthusiast. She holds an Advanced Personal Trainer Certification from AFAA and has experience as a certified kick boxing instructor.  She has been a Personal Training Manager, Group Fitness Coordinator and Assistant Facility Director at Fitness Facilities in Atlanta, North Carolina and California.   Emily has worked with all ages and fitness levels. She has specific expertise with Pre/Post Natal clients, seniors, and clients who are living with chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia.
 
Emily’s training philosophy is to incorporate functional and core training into every workout. She utilizes a variety of training methods including stability ball, BOSU, Kettle Bells, Resistance Tubing, Medicine balls, Free weights and Machines. Emily has a diverse training style and likes to incorporate a variety of methods to help her clients succeed. Have a little fun, never get bored and get results.

 Fitzroy Smith : Certified Personal Trainer


Personal Trainer Trey WilliamsFitzroy Smith is a certified personal trainer who recently relocated to Atlanta after 10+ years in New York City. He is currently certified with AFPA and CPR certified. His passion for fitness began when he started bodybuilding in 1990. He entered his first natural bodybuilding competition in 1999 and continued that pursuit as well as fitness modeling through 2004, receiving several medals from these competitions.
 
Fitzroy has worked with a diverse group of clients ranging from teenagers to the mature, pre and postnatal, prenuptial training, rehabilitation, fitness professionals and those with cardiovascular issues. The “avenues” that he uses to get people to where they want to be are boot camps, calisthenics, weight training, sports specific training, functional training, agility, plyometrics and static stretching.
 
“I understand the body and soul connection. A client’s success and results aren’t just achieved in the gym; it also comes from a belief in themselves, change of diet and rest. I strive to motivate and educate my clients and I have a desire to help people live healthier and more fulfilled lives.  I ask plenty of my clients, because I am ready to give 150% to meet their goals.  Are you ready for the challenge?”

 Michael Borders: Certified Personal Trainer


Personal Trainer Trey WilliamsMike is a certified Personal Trainer with over 3 years of experience. He received a B.S in Exercise Science from Georgia State University.  Mike is certified through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and CPR certified through the American Red Cross. During his time as a trainer, he has encountered clients with several different body types, ages, genders, and goals. Mike will guide and implement the appropriate program to meet your goals, needs, and expectations. Along with training the general population, Mike has worked with collegiate athletes developing strength, speed, agility, and other attributes as an intern at Georgia Tech. In the fall, he will continue his education in pursuit of a Master's Degree in Sports Nutrition and becoming a Registered Dietician.
