Why Should I Consider a Personal Trainer?

People use personal trainers for many different reasons. Getting Started: What can I expect?

Your personal training program begins with a complete physical assesment. The Gym of Buckhead utilizes cutting edge Korr™ metabolic and VO2 testing systems to find out exactly where you stand when you start your program, and as you monitor your progress. Our trainers encourage - Resting Metabolic Rate and VO2 testing at our facility for best results. They also can develop a plan for you that includes nutritional supplements and meal planning through Elementals ™ Health and Wellness Systems. Remember, the more you know about your body the better equipped you are to succeed.
