Are you working out and not getting the results you want? Are you bored with your workouts?
Gym of Buckhead is excited to offer a new complementary weekly training class, WORK OUT-GET RESULTS.
The goal of this free program is to integrate new members into the gym and help both new members and current members adopt a program of regular exercise that they’re able to maintain permanently. And for those members who have “fallen off the wagon” WORK OUT-GET RESULTS will reinforce your commitment to an active lifestyle.
Receive healthy cooking tips from personal trainer and professional chef, Herb, learn how to integrate new exercises using kettlebells, balls, bands into your existing workouts with Sammy and learn how you can have your own customized workout every time you walk into the gym with JB. Together these three trainers will encourage you, motivate you and teach you secrets learned only from years of experience personal training.
WORK-OUT-GET RESULTS is FREE and registration is not required. All members are welcome to attend.
Sessions will begin Saturday, February 7th and continue every Saturday at 10:00 A.M. sharp!
